This is an interactive tasting education journey where you will taste three wines along with the video lessons. We encourage you to share this learning experience with up to a group of 8 because learning about wine should be approachable, inclusive and fun! Socialized learning helps the lessons stick, and it's a great reason to have a get-together!

The complete course spans approximately 2 ½ hours and is designed for a self-paced journey. So actual time may vary depending on if you go it alone, or make it into an exciting social event.

However, we recommend completing it either in one sitting or dividing it into two focused sessions for optimal learning.

Begin with setting aside 45-60 minutes for Module 1, where you'll delve into the crucial basics of tasting. This foundation is key to your success. For the most impactful learning experience, we advise tackling Module 2 (lessons 4, 5, and 6) in one go, if possible. These are the actual interactive wine tasting lessons where we will learn how taste wine, together.

Allocate a comfortable 60-90 minutes for Module 2 to fully immerse yourself and gain the most from your educational journey.

Deep Dive into the World of Wine: Our course goes beyond the basics, offering you an immersive experience into the Art & Science of Wine Tasting.

You'll develop the ability to discern and appreciate the intricate components of a wine. From aroma and flavors to texture, mouthfeel and finish, you will understand all the nuances that makes each wine unique.

We’ll explore three wine varietals from the Sonoma County Wine Country as you master the 7-S Technique used by wine professionals to help identify myriad characteristics of every wine. These interactive tastings will sharpen your wine sensory skills, deepen your appreciation for wine and give you the confidence and capability to taste wine anywhere, anytime with anyone!

This comprehensive approach ensures you'll come away with a well-rounded understanding of wine, ready to impress at your next dinner party or simply savor your next glass to the fullest.
